Trustmark National Bank in Brookhaven, MS is seeking a Relationship Banker II to identify customer needs and connect them with bank products, delivering proactive service and growing relationships.

You will handle deposits, loans, referrals, and transactions, maintain accuracy, balance cash drawer, coach junior staff, and meet quarterly sales goals while upholding Trustmark's service standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of face-to-face customer service or retail sales experience.
• Able to learn banking lending guidelines and process loans within 2 years.
• Register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals in a retail environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal technology systems.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customer needs and refer appropriately through proactive sales/service.
• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loan products, insurance products, cash management services, etc.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience that follows Trustmark's service standards.
• Safeguard the bank's assets and security of the working environment while processing transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure documents are correctly executed.
• Achieve sales and referral goals quarterly while building relationships.
• Make outreach calls to customers and/or prospects.
• Comply with bank guidelines, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Coach and mentor Relationship Bankers and Tellers.
• Review/approve various transactions including night drop contracts/logs, ATM deposits, collection items, money orders, official checks, and cash drawers.
• Handle cash shipments and vault management for a branch.
• Assist with origination of consumer loans.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
