Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and make referrals through proactive sales/service efforts.
• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loan products, insurance, and cash management services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience following Trustmark service standards.
• Safeguard bank assets and assist with accurate transaction processing (deposits, withdrawals, wires, loan payments, account maintenance).
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Achieve sales and referral goals quarterly while maintaining high service quality.
• Make outreach calls to customers and prospects.
• Comply with bank policies and performance standards.
• Travel between branch locations as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
