Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker at our Salem, Oregon location to build strong client relationships across in-person, by-appointment, and digital channels.

You will assess customers’ banking needs, explain deposit and loan products, assist with new accounts, and guide clients through digital self-service tools to meet their goals. This role emphasizes service excellence, collaboration with branch teams, and a digital-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service technologies to assist with meeting their financial needs.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience and works with branch teams to serve clients.
