Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Explains and promotes digital products and self-service technologies to meet client needs.
• Provides an optimal client experience with accurate processing of basic transactions.
