This part-time role includes educating clients on deposits and loans while opening new accounts and supporting digital self-service tools, all within a collaborative branch team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically <4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies and support systems.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to explore and identify a customer's true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up, asking questions and learning about their financial needs.
• Educates clients on available deposit and loan products and services and recommends suitable solutions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Promotes and educates customers on self-service digital products and services to meet their banking needs.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services and collaborates with branch team members to serve clients.
