Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess financial needs, open consumer and business accounts, and guide customers through deposit and loan options with a digital-first mindset.

You will need NMLS registration, comply with SAFÉ Act rules, and coordinate with branch teams to deliver accurate, proactive service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience with digital self-service products and customer education.

Responsibilities
