Job summary

The Fidelity Bank in Covington, GA is seeking a Relationship Banker I to handle teller transactions and cash vault duties with accuracy and promptness, while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales of bank products.

As part of the branch team, you will strive to achieve your personal scorecard goals and contribute to the overall branch performance with strong customer relationship skills and compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with one year of cash handling and customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Handle customer transactions and assist with account inquiries, balance cash drawers and vault; reconcile discrepancies.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products and services.
Assist with internal controls, daily reports, night depository deposits and other duties as assigned.
Provide a superior level of customer service in line with Bank standards.
Mitigate losses by following Bank policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship targets.
Perform other duties as assigned.
