Regions Bank in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Relationship Banker I to deliver an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and by phone, while processing transactions and identifying customer needs.

You will build meaningful personal connections, educate customers on digital banking options, and collaborate with teammates to resolve inquiries. Prior teller or customer service experience is preferred, with growth opportunities and an incentive program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with digital banking tools.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Handle teller transactions and cash line with accuracy.
• Answer customer inquiries and fulfill basic servicing requests.
• Develop relationships and stay informed about customer banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking and mobile solutions.
• Refer complex needs to internal experts and support branch team.
• Meet branch targets and provide guidance on Regions solutions.
• May perform outbound calls to educate customers on technology.
