Responsibilities

• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loan products, insurance products, etc.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience according to Trustmark’s standards.
• Safeguard the bank’s assets and accurately process transactions.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure proper documentation.
• Achieve quarterly sales/referral goals and convert service into sales.
• Make outreach calls to customers and prospects.
• Comply with bank policies and standards of performance.
