Job summary

TD in Rutland, Vermont is seeking a Retail Banker I to serve as a customer liaison, providing financial expertise and consultative advice to help customers meet banking needs. This role supports TD's Brand promise by delivering legendary service and educating customers on TD products and services.

You will build trusted relationships, refer opportunities to TD partners, and assist customers with transactions while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1+ years' experience working with customers or sales
• Teller experience preferred
• Must be able to complete teller training upon hire
• Notary License (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking solutions and identify TD products.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Build and maintain customer relationships using CRM tools.
• Engage in outbound sales activities to grow relationships.
• Resolve customer issues independently and escalate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with policy and procedures.
