Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of client-facing service, sales, or relationship experience.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition and deepen relationships at the bank location.
• Engage clients with discovery to uncover needs and priorities.
• Explain banking options with clear language, including features, benefits, and risks.
• Connect clients to appropriate products, services, or partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation and risk awareness in all interactions.
• Provide ongoing guidance on TD products and digital capabilities to enhance financial wellness.
• Deliver a welcoming, personalized client experience and follow up on next steps.
• Uphold TD’s client-first brand in every interaction.
