Job summary

You will acquire and deepen client relationships through consultative engagement, strong product knowledge, and disciplined execution that align with risk and regulatory standards. Mortgage involvement and Notary license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1+ years experience engaging with clients in a service, sales, or relationship-building environment
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner
• Clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and problem-solving in client interactions
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar workplace technologies
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration as required
• Notary license (or ability to obtain) preferred

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens client relationships through consultative engagement and personalized solutions
• Explains banking options with clear language, highlighting features, benefits and risks
• Delivers next steps and connects clients to appropriate products/services
• Adheres to risk and regulatory standards and ensures accurate documentation
• Acts as a trusted client advocate providing ongoing guidance on TD products and digital capabilities
• Engages clients through walk-ins and outbound outreach to grow relationships
