• Must have High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of client-facing sales/service/relationship experience.
• Banking experience (teller/platform/relationship) preferred.
• Ability to conduct consultative client conversations to uncover needs.
• Strong communication skills for diverse client populations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving in client-facing scenarios.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Ability to obtain/maintain active NMLS registration; Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through leads management and outbound efforts at the bank location.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships to meet financial objectives.
• Engage in client conversations with curiosity; capture information and use TD systems to identify solutions.
• Lead client engagement across walk-in, appointment, and outbound opportunities.
• Conduct discovery to uncover expressed and unexpressed client needs.
• Provide tailored guidance on a broad range of products and services to support informed decisions.
• Deliver needs-based guidance and manage complex client scenarios with referrals.
• Advocate for clients with ongoing engagement and proactive outreach.
• Assist with mortgage inquiries or referrals to mortgage solutions.
