U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels, providing guidance and a digital-first experience. You will open accounts, process transactions, and educate clients on deposit and loan products while building trusted relationships.

You will work with branch teams to meet clients' financial goals, handle consumer and business needs, and explain digital tools while maintaining compliance with NMLS and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years job related, retail banking experience.
• NMLS registration required under SAFÉ Act and Reg Z.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across multiple channels including in-person, by appointment and virtually.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Educate clients on digital products and services and recommend suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with branch teams to meet clients' financial goals and maintain accuracy.
