Job summary

Vantage West is seeking a Relationship Banker I in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on building strong member relationships through consultative selling and financial conversations.

Responsibilities include handling deposits, loans, and ITM usage, while delivering exceptional service and compliance. Eligible for a $200 monthly language stipend after 90 days. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of customer service, sales, and/or retail banking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales, service and operations in the branch with accurate transactions.
• Engage members to uncover needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Greet and manage lobby flow as Lobby Leader.
• Educate members on self-service and digital tools (mobile app, website, ITMs).
• Follow laws, procedures and compliance guidelines.
• Utilize new tools to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Resolve member requests or escalate as needed.
• Partner with Wealth Managers, Business Bankers and Mortgage Officers to connect members with experts.
• Attend events representing Vantage West and support community relations.
• Train new and existing team members as needed.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and inter-department collaboration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
