Job summary

Vantage West is seeking a Relationship Banker II to act as a trusted financial partner, growing member relationships and driving branch success. You will perform complex account activities, provide tailored financial guidance, and advance product adoption through consultative conversations and proactive outreach.

You will deliver exceptional service, manage a sales pipeline, and collaborate with Wealth Managers to deliver comprehensive solutions. A language stipend is provided after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service, sales, and/or retail banking experience.
• One year of sales experience required.
• Strong ability to build member relationships and influence decisions.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage members with meaningful financial conversations to uncover needs and recommend products.
• Educate members on self-service and digital banking options.
• Train in Financial Coaching and deliver tailored financial guidance.
• Partner with Wealth Managers and Mortgage Officers to identify referrals.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet branch goals.
• Serve as Lobby Leader and train new team members as needed.
• Handle complex member inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
