Job summary

Vantage West Credit Union in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Relationship Banker I who combines sales with service to build strong member relationships. You will engage members in meaningful financial conversations, uncover needs, and present deposit, loan, and digital solutions that add value and help members reach their goals.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor while representing our friendly, proactive culture. This role offers a language stipend of $200/month after 90 days and a salary range of $19.00

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of customer service, sales, and/or retail banking experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong judgement.
• Effective communication and ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales, service and account maintenance in the branch with accuracy and efficiency.
• Engages members through consultative conversations to uncover financial needs and create sales opportunities.
• Educates members on self-service and digital options (mobile app, online banking, ITMs).
• Manages lobby flow and greets members to direct them to appropriate staff.
• Collaborates with Wealth Managers, Business Bankers, and Mortgage Officers for specialized financial needs.
