Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing and goal-oriented experience.
• NMLS registration is required or license after employment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to use social media for brand awareness and market knowledge.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, trainings, and events.

Responsibilities

• Share and recommend the bank's resources to customers, including in-branch and digital services.
• Meet individual goals through in-person and outbound calls.
• Open and close accounts with guidance on suitable options and research of customer accounts.
• Assist with consumer loan requests and knowledge of loan policies.
• Refer customers to partner teams for small business, corporate, mortgage, and financial advisory needs.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive engagement and service.
