Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 1+ years of experience engaging with clients in a service, sales, or relationship building environment
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills in client interactions
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar workplace technologies
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire
• Ability to obtain and maintain active registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required for the role
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred

Responsibilities

• Drives client acquisition, retention, and relationship growth by engaging clients through walk-in opportunities, lead management, and outreach
• Explains relevant TD products, services, and digital capabilities to clients
• Delivers personalized solutions and next best actions while adhering to risk and regulatory requirements
• Maintains accurate documentation and client information in compliance with policies
• Provides ongoing guidance to clients to improve financial well-being and trust in TD Bank
