Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated superior customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management/prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer as they enter the branch; acknowledge by name, if known.
• Build relationships and provide outstanding customer service while performing account transactions.
• Create a superior client-driven experience for each customer or potential customer.
• Coordinate internal and external customer service with other bank employees and departments.
• Take ownership of customer issues and guide customers through all interactions with the bank.
• Listen to clues for financial opportunities during conversations and transition the customer to a Personal Banker.
