Qualifications

• 3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred
• Flexibility to work Saturdays, Sundays and extended hours
• Travel may be required to alternate Banking Centers
• Self-starter and highly motivated
• Working knowledge of all products and services
• Keeps current with all systems used for branch transaction processing

Responsibilities

• Assist Banking Center customers to achieve sales, service, and operations goals
• Process customer financial transactions accurately
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial products
• Generate leads and build strong partnerships across business segments
• Perform routine teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments)
• Support sales segmentation and branch growth initiatives
• Meet or exceed branch audits and operations evaluations
