Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong math, analytical skills, and relationship building.
• Register as mortgage loan originator with NMLS prior to mortgage activities.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with customers to identify and satisfy financial needs.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and cross-sell products.
• Meet sales referrals and cross-selling goals through consultative conversations.
• Assist branch management with daily operations and end-of-day tasks.
• Support the contact center during high call volumes and handle inquiries.
