Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will build retail customer relationships, market products, and maintain operational excellence while representing the bank's core values.

You will identify customer needs, provide banking solutions, and support deposits and loan products in a fast-paced branch. Strong communication and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs

Responsabilités

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions
• Achieve individual sales goals through conversations, referrals, and outreach
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact with internal support when needed
• Open/maintain deposits and consumer loans with accuracy and compliance
• Deliver warm, personalized service and explain banking products clearly
