Responsabilidades

• Build trust with customers by identifying financial needs and offering appropriate bank products and services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers; assist with account openings and transactions.
• Educate customers on banking tools, services, and digital platforms to enhance their experience.
• Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting checking accounts, loans, and cards.
• Balance cash drawer and research discrepancies; make referrals to other lines of business.
