Qualifikationen

• Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

• Build trust with customers by identifying financial needs and offering appropriate bank products and services.
• Serve as primary contact for customers by assisting with account openings and transactions.

• Build rapport with customers by listening, staying positive, and resolving concerns professionally.
• Process financial transactions accurately and adhere to policies.
• Balance cash drawer and research discrepancies as needed.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and promotions to assist customers.
• Make outbound sales calls to prospects and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly calls and sales targets.
