Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner.
• Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times.
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
