Job summary

You will open and maintain accounts, promote digital banking, guide customers through deposits, loans, and services, and work with teammates to meet branch goals while upholding the bank’s commitment to integrity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or two to four years related experience and/or training with two years retail banking sales experience or two years financial services experience; or two years in a relationship sales role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow customer relationships by delivering a consistent, high-quality, relationship-based service experience across all customer touchpoints, including ongoing engagement and follow-up.
• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests promptly and accurately, taking ownership through resolution and escalating complex issues when appropriate.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate products and services. Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through referrals to internal partners.
• Open and maintain consumer and small business accounts, including deposits and certificates of deposit, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and a smooth onboarding experience.
• Process non-real estate consumer loan applications and closings in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support digital banking adoption by educating customers and assisting with enrollment and usage of self-service tools.
