Rockland Trust in Salem, NH is seeking a Banker to deliver exceptional customer service and financial guidance in a Retail Branch setting. You will build trust with clients, open and service accounts, and proactively identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships while supporting team goals.

Formación

• Two year degree or equivalent required, plus strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Proven communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Notary Public and NMLS certification or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Positive, professional demeanor and customer-first mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Support customer relationship development and transaction processing to meet sales/service goals.
• Open and service accounts, process deposits/withdrawals, and balance cash drawer.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer to business partners as appropriate.
• Complete Home Equity process with customers and follow up on requirements.
• Achieve individual and team sales/service targets and participate in promotions.
• Use consultative approach to recommend products that enhance customer relationships.
• Answer routine and complex account questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain product knowledge through trainings and use self‑service channels.
• Utilize Salesforce for customer interactions and follow-up.
• Represent Rockland Trust in the community and uphold policies and risk controls.
• Support onboarding and participate in additional reporting as required.
