Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Two year degree or equivalent required.
• Notary Public and NMLS certifications required.
• Level I Business Certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Support customer relationship development and transaction processing to help the bank meet sales and service goals.
• Open and process accounts, deposits, loans, and related transactions.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to existing and new customers.
• Refer business to investments, mortgages, and cash management as appropriate.
• Guide customers through Home Equity application processes and closings.
• Meet individual and team sales/service goals and participate in promotions.
• Advise customers using a needs-based consultative approach.
• Answer routine and complex questions about accounts, products, and policies.
