Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation’s Carnegie branch is seeking a Relationship Banker to develop proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. You will execute branch leads and convert transactions into qualified sales or referral opportunities while upholding F.N.B.

policies and core values. You will greet customers, assess needs, and cross-sell bank products, maintaining high data quality and contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a related position preferred.
• Familiarity with banking policies and consumer products helpful.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process by greeting customers and identifying customer service and product needs.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services.
• Identifies and achieves individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Perform routine teller transactions and other operational duties.
• May work at various locations within the market.
• All employees must comply with F.N.B. Corporation risk management program.
