Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation's Retail team is seeking a Relationship Banker to handle consumer banking transactions, account servicing and lending support.

You will execute branch leads under the Manager’s direction and strive to convert interactions into qualified sales or referrals. You’ll build relationships with customers, promote bank products, and use approved branch technology to ensure accurate data and compliant service.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Experience in a related position is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and PC use.
