Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or business to business sales experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs or similar role.
• Licenses: This position will be subject to additional background check requirements including being required to provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 1 year or more in customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Educating customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking)
• Maintaining knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
