Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service or sales experience required.
• 3 years of cash handling experience strongly preferred.
• 2 years retail banking experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.
• Safely and accurately handle cash and transactions.
• Open and service various types of checking and savings accounts.
• Identify customer financial needs and make product recommendations.
• Provide exceptional service through SWARM Banking approach.
