Regions in Georgetown, Texas is seeking a Relationship Banker I to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the cash line and by phone. You will process transactions, assist with basic servicing requests, and educate customers on digital banking options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and monitoring.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.
• One year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience could be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling transactional needs (deposits, withdrawals, payments).
• Answers inquiries regarding products/services and fulfills basic servicing requests (cards, info changes, PIN resets, checks).
• Develops relationships and stays informed about the customer’s banking needs.
• Educates customers on standard consumer products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assists branch and team members with basic tasks to aid in customer problem resolution.
• Refers customers to internal experts for more complex financial goals.
