Qualifications

• High school diploma or approved equivalent.
• Business related college classes or degree preferred.
• Good math skills, 10-key and keyboarding; Excel, Word, Teams, PowerBI and Outlook.
• Smartphone and digital channel skills; strong organizational and analytical skills; excellent written and oral communication.
• Must have satisfactory transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of WaFd products and services to bring in new deposit and loan relationships.
• Assist clients with banking needs; open new accounts and refer or originate loans.
• Make out-of-office calls and visits to businesses, organizations, and referral sources; promote digital/self-service options.
• Contribute to strategies to expand small business and consumer client base.
• Communicate clearly with staff and clients via phone, video chat, or in person.
• Serve as a concierge or greeter and support branch performance goals.
