The role emphasizes consultative conversations, daily operational tasks, and developing skills to navigate WaFd systems, with ongoing certifications and career growth within the bank.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or approved equivalent is required.
• Business college classes or degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook; PowerBI is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Win new business and grow deposit and loan relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
• Assist clients with banking needs: open accounts, discuss and refer loans, onboard clients.
• Make outreach calls/visits to businesses and community sources to grow client base.
• Promote digital/self-service options and support branch performance goals.
• Maintain clear communication with staff and clients and represent WaFd Bank values.
