Qualifications

• Smart phone and digital channel skills; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have satisfactory transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of bank products to develop client deposits and loans.
• Open new accounts and discuss loans or onboard new clients.
• Make outreach calls and visits to businesses and community groups.
• Promote digital/self-service options to clients.
• Contribute to strategies to expand small business and consumer client base.
• Communicate clearly with staff and clients; be a concierge or greeter.
