Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Relationship Banker to develop proficiency in consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. You will execute branch leads, handle customer transactions, and identify opportunities to convert interactions into sales or referrals.

You will promote the sales process, input data accurately, and perform routine teller tasks while adhering to bank policies and core values. Travel to multiple market locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 0 years of job-related experience required.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with bank policies and consumer products.
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services.
• Sales and customer service skills.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process by greeting customers and identifying service/product needs.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
• Perform routine teller transactions and other operational duties.
• Identify opportunities to convert transactions into qualified sales or referrals.
• Work at various locations within the market as assigned.
• Adhere to FNB policies, procedures, and risk management.
