Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships via appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on using bank technology (online, mobile, ATM).
• Maintain knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
