Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current NMLS SAFE Act registration or ability to be registered within 30 days.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Financial service provider experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach and follow the sales process.
• Refer qualified customers to specialized sales forces.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address questions and concerns.
• Process simple to complex deposit accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and digital options; stay aware of competitors' offerings.
• Participate in branch promotions and ensure policy compliance.
