Job summary

Arvest Bank in Branson West, MO is seeking a Relationship Banker to grow customer relationships through consultative sales and expert product guidance. The role emphasizes service excellence, self-service banking guidance, and accurate transaction processing.

You will advance from Level 1 through Level 3 with training, mentorship, and opportunities to lead as you demonstrate readiness and performance. Regular hours: Mon-Fri 7:45am-5:15pm, with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or the ability to be registered within 30 days.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Financial service provider experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach with customers.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings with underwriting support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers and guiding them to the right solutions.
• Open and process deposits and assist customers with day-to-day banking needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to recommend suitable options.
