Position requires Monday–Friday 9:15 AM–6:15 PM with rotating Saturdays. Competitive hourly pay between 20.00 and 24.95 USD, plus comprehensive benefits and travel within the US as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current NMLS SAFE Act registration or the ability to be registered within 30 days.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Financial service provider experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Open and process simple to complex deposit accounts.
• Assist customers with questions and risk management in day-to-day banking.
