Job summary

You will manage, grow, and retain client relationships by understanding long-term financial needs and offering tailored loan, deposit, and service solutions; leverage digital tools to enhance the client experience and drive wallet share. Applicants should have 2+ years in customer service or sales and work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, teller, sales, and MLO experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of branch operations.
• Consultative relationship sales experience with proven success in acquiring new clients.
• Professional with strong follow-up skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual team/branch sales goals: C&I, CRE, SBA, mortgage, deposits, wealth management, international deposits/wires.
• Source and develop loans including HELOC, Residential, and Commercial.
• MLO: comply with annual renewals and regulations; understand rates and calculations to service mortgage customers.
• Maintain knowledge of deposit, loan, and related products; explain qualifications.
• Assist customers with cash deposits/withdrawals, transfers, wire transfers and currency exchange.
