The role emphasizes cross-selling, regulatory compliance, and delivering a consistent client service experience, including teller responsibilities as needed. Weekend/extended hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications like Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days, including NMLS background checks.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance, problem resolution and advanced sales across deposit, credit, convenience and other product/service lines.
• Contributes to meeting/exceeding client service and branch sales targets by developing and retaining relationships.
