Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve relationships.
• Proven in building relationships and recommending products in person or by phone.
• Ability to use digital tech to support business goals.
• Aptitude to solve problems and provide solutions.
• Strong collaboration with teammates and partners.
• Self-motivated, confident and able to multitask.
• Must be able to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Compliance with SAFE Act pre-employment checks and NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing.
• Help customers plan for future goals like home purchases or credit cards.
• Introduce digital/mobile banking options and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
