Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
• Educate customers on how to use bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
• Maintain knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
