Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; 2+ years client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office; compliance with SAFE and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone; expand client relationships.
• Cross-skill to perform teller duties when needed and handle routine maintenance requests.
• Support branch sales targets by offering products and services to meet client needs.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training to improve sales and service knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; ensure policy compliance.
• Engage clients with courteous conversations and assist with teller transactions.
