Qualifications

• Requires 6 months–2 years of banking or financial services experience.
• Prior client service experience preferred.
• Prior cash-handling or retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, professional service in person and by phone, resolve standard client needs, and elevate issues appropriately.
• Open and service consumer deposit accounts independently while supporting basic business banking needs.
• Recommend consumer products and services that align with client needs and follow through on commitments to support relationship growth.
• Accurately process transactions, maintain records and reports, and complete required documentation for deposit and consumer loan products.
• Follow bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk-management standards, including identifying and escalating potential fraud.
• Collect and verify documentation and originate consumer loans independently and accurately, as authorized for the role.
• Use financial center technology platforms, digital banking tools, and systems to support efficient, accurate, and client-friendly service delivery.
• Maintain professional standards, complete required training, support financial center workflow, and represent Riverview Bank positively in client interactions.
