Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience (required) or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
• Understanding of consumer credit and knowledge of sales techniques and client outreach.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to uncover financial needs and provide guidance and solutions to assist in financial wellness.
• Help attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Open personal and business accounts and process client transactions as needed.
• Collaborate with branch teammates and partners to drive client acquisition and service quality.
