Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years selling banking products in incentive-based environments or 12+ months in related retail banking sales roles.
• Proven ability to build relationships, cross-sell effectively, and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting banking, lending, and investment products.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Proactively prospect new clients through referrals, networking, and outbound calls.
• Guide customers through digital banking tools and educate them on self-service options.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and support nearby locations if needed.
